Daily choices should be dictated by a commitment to environmental protection. Therefore, aware of the social responsibility and importance of decisions made on a daily basis, we take into account its current state and ecological perspectives in production.
The PLA material from which our eco-friendly disposable cutlery are made is natural, biodegradable, and at the same time reminiscent of plastic. Resulting from the processing of vegetable raw materials (wheat bran, corn flour, etc.) are a great alternative for him. |
Aesthetic, durable, yet light and plastic disposable PLA cutlery do not deform and do not crack, which increases their range of use. They do not react with food products and ready meals regardless of temperature, thus not affecting their taste and aroma.
Available in three colors – white, organic green or semi-transparent – disposable PLA cutlery is an ecological solution that will allow you to go a step towards conscious environmental protection. Let us remember that we are building the future together – for the benefit of the Earth and subsequent generations of its inhabitants. |

Organic corn cutlery
CPLA Biodegradable Cutlery, Compostable
Bioplastic cutlery is free of chemical additives and without petroleum-based plastics, but produced on a purely organic basis, it is made of 100% biodegradable bioplastic (CPLA). Organic plastic cutlery made of CPLA is suitable for cold and hot food up to about 70°C.
Bioplastic / PLAOur bioplastics are made from renewable raw materials and are also biodegradable. Most of our plastic products consist of bioplastic polylactic acid (PLA), which is made from plant starch. The raw material was created using only natural ingredients. In the simplest terms, corn flour is all that is needed to make eco-friendly cutlery. Such cutlery is cheaper to produce and fully biodegradable. They will decompose in as little as six months. |
Manufacturing steps for bioplastic products
|
The compostable cutlery is certified to DIN13432. PLA - is both completely biodegradable and technically recyclable. A product that has achieved positive results after a series of expensive and lengthy tests is entitled to use the exclusive "Seedling" (seedling). This distinction guarantees the product's suitability for organic recycling and confirms its two most important characteristics: biodegradability and compostability. On the basis of internal tests carried out at the plant (EPC/ 168/2018), it is concluded that products made from BIOGRADE® 9550 biogranulate, stored under normal humidity conditions and at a temperature of +4ºC to +28ºC, maintain unchanged functional properties for a period of 48 months.
Reusable cutlery from WPC
MaterialWPC is a wood-polymer composite. Thanks to the use of this raw material it was possible to reduce the share of plastic in the product by as much as 40% in favour of natural wood chips. Products made of WPC are characterized by high temperature resistance (about 100°C). Their strength is therefore much higher than products made of biopolymers such as PLA, Mater-Bi or biocomposite, which are only suitable for cold food. The material is safe for contact with food, and products made from it have the appropriate attestations and certificates confirming their quality and properties. |
Multiple useOur WPC products have reusable properties that have been confirmed by appropriate tests. The products have been subjected to complex action at high temperatures (up to 65°C), with simultaneous water circulation during 125 cycles of mechanical washing in a professional dishwasher. A test conducted in an independent laboratory in accordance with PN-EN 12875 standard showed that after repeated washing, rinsing and drying, the cutlery did not lose its properties. From the assumptions of Directive (EU) 2019/904 - Single Use Plastics Directive(SUP), it follows that products that are proven to be reusable will be allowed to be placed on the market after it comes into live. |
Recycling
Cutlery made from WPC, like their counterparts made from traditional polymers, can be recycled.
